DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE PRE-APPLICATION PROCEDURES

FIRST LEVEL DIPLOMA (BACHELOR OF ARTS) – From mid-July to mid-September
SECOND LEVEL DIPLOMA (MASTER OF ARTS) – From mid-July to early-October

PRE-APPLICATION PROCEDURES (STEP BY STEP)

STEP 1
Registration on UNIVERSITALY

International students, before accessing the procedure on ISIDATA, must register on UNIVERSITALY by following the guidelines.

Registration is mandatory to obtain the VISA and must be done exclusively using the UNIVERSITALY portal.

STEP 2
Pre-application on the ISIDATA portal

To fill out the application, log in the ISIDATA Portal.
If the pre-application process has been successfully concluded, the candidate will receive an email with the ISIDATA access credentials.

a. Fill in the personal data section with all the requested data;

b. In the Fees section follow the payment procedure via PagoPA of the pre-application fee;

c. In the Attach Documents section (Allega Documentazione) upload the following documents:

– Passport/ID (identity document);

– Qualification (bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree) or “Dichiarazione di Valore in loco” that certifies the achievement of the title/s;

– ISEE-U* parificato – (ISEE-U Form*) – please check the Modules page;

– Digital Portfolio in pdf format (max 10 MB) that represents the candidate’s aptitudes and the practical and technical skills; the portfolio can show drawings, sketches, photos, screenshots, link and other documents (optional for candidates of the Art Didactics Course).

After attaching the requested documents, you can send the pre-application using the form Invia domanda > Conferma i dati e invia domanda. 

Please, make sure that all attached documents have been sent, as well as the payment of the pre-application fee, otherwise the pre-application will be cancelled.

*ATTENTION: international students may request the Aliseo Scholarship (please, consult the Call for applications for university benefits of the academic year of reference). For further information we invite international students to visit the Aliseo website.

International students pre-registered in First Level diploma (Bachelor of Arts) and Second Level Diploma (Master of Arts), before to complete the application process, must take the following admission exams in person:

FIRST LEVEL DIPLOMA (BACHELOR OF ARTS):
– Interview in Italian
– Drawing test

SECOND LEVEL DIPLOMA (MASTER OF ARTS)
– Interview in Italian
– Aptitude Test

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

FIRST LEVEL DIPLOMA (BACHELOR OF ARTS) – From the first to the third week of October
SECOND LEVEL DIPLOMA (MASTER OF ARTS) – From the second to the third week of October

CONCLUSION OF THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

International students, after passing the admission exams, in order to conclude the application procedure must:

– sign and deliver the Application Form* to the Academy reception desk (Largo Pertini 4, 16121, Genova – GE – ground floor), complete of 16,00 € of marca da bollo, in a close envelope, indicating the first and second name of the student;

– complete the application by following the instructions in the REGISTRATION GUIDE

* the Application Form is included in the “Forms section – Modulistica”;

• Immatricolazione al 1 anno Triennio-Biennio 
• Modulo impegnativa ISEE-U
