During this timetable the library provides loans, consultation and bibliographic research services.
The actual loan procedure is reserved only for teachers and students of our Academy. External guests are admitted can only consult books inside the reading rooms.
LOAN PROCEDURE
Loan duration is set to 30 days and can be renewed for 15 more days if the book doesn’t have any other reservation pending.
The maximum loan number is set to 5 documents simultaneously.
This limit goes down to 3 if these books are inside course programs. For these texts the duration of the loan is set to 15 days and can be renewed for 15 more days if the book doesn’t have any other reservation pending.
In order to allow all the necessary inventory reviews, all books must be returned before the summer break.
Magazines, rare and/or old books, frail and precious documents are excluded from the loan.
Loan is personal. The user is responsible for the borrowed material.
BOOK RESERVATION
Documents can be reserved writing an email to biblioteca@accademialigustica.it.
The user will be notified via email as soon as the document gets back to the library. Documents are reserved for a week, after that the reservation is expired.
