The course to obtain the Second-Level Diploma in Artistic Design for Business is split into Web Design, Illustration and Photography. The training activity is aimed at a broad target of users who share an interest in contemporary images and photography. The aim is to offer a wide selection of courses to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge, by means of traditional and digital tools, in order to enhance their own expressive capabilities and to discover hidden ones.  Students will learn how to deal professionally with projects in the areas of publishing, multimedia, advertising and commercial and creative photography.

The training course will be carried out in close connection with clients and a number of different professionals: photo-editors, software experts, printmakers, and professionals in the field of photography (fashion, reportage, portrait, architecture, still photography, cultural heritage photography)and installation (both for  web and publishing). Student will  learn to imagine and develop a script, interpret a text, organize the layout of a page, create a 3D illustration, design and create contents for the web, use any type of image at an advanced level. They will acquire an in-depth artistic knowledge, both technical and operational in addition to the knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and digital tools for design.

Graduates of the second level course will be able to undertake a professional career, both in their home country and abroad, as web designers, illustrators and visual designers, 3D designers, comic-strip writers in the editorial and digital fields, visual communication and advertising, and as highly qualified professionals in photographic studios, photo agencies, archives and photography institutes. They will have developed the necessary skills to carry out independent research projects and artistic production in their field of expertise.

The Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti,  in agreement with public and private institutions, will organize suitable work placements and internships in order to forge specific professional skills, in addition to setting specific training goals to achieve for each course of study.
