Learning objectives
Graduates of the Second-Level Diploma course will acquire the necessary skills to meet the demands of specific areas of the market. The course of study offers specialized training for scenic designers, costume designers, and highly qualified operators for the promotion and development of artistic innovation and management of the visual side of an event. The main focus of the course is the acknowledgement of the complexity of the performance and the need to learn about its different technical and cultural specificity.
In particular, graduates must: 1) possess an adequate cultural knowledge and valid basic artistic training, both technical and operational in the fields of scenic design, installations, costume design for the performance; 2) possess the ability to professionally manage the visual side of an event and be able to put forward and develop new scenic forms of expression; 3) possess the ability to work with a number of methodological and critical tools to master forms of expression and communication, techniques and contexts of specific events; 4) Possess knowledge of digital and communication tools within the specific areas of expertise; 5) be prepared both for team work and independent work.
Employment prospects
Graduates of the school will carry out professional activity in a number of different public and private fields of theatre, scenic design, cinematography and television, installations and costume for the performance.
Thanks to the current agreements, the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti will organize the most suitable work placements and internships , in order to forge specific professional skills, in addition to setting specific training goals to achieve for each course of study.
