All Erasmus+ students from our partner institutions are welcome. Our deadlines are:

For the first semester:
• Nomination: 30th May
• Application: 30th June

For the second semester:
• Nomination: 30th October
• Application: 30th November

The International Relations Office of the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti deals with the agreements for exchange with partners institutions and coordinates the processes related to incoming and outgoing mobility.

The students and who wish to study for a period at the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti, after they have been selected and nominated by their sending institution, must send the following documents within the given deadline:
• Incoming Students Application Form;
• Online Learning Agreement;
• CV and portfolio (digital version low resolution max 10MB); •
Copy of identity card or passport.

All documents must be submitted by email to erasmus@accademialigustica.it

SELECTION PROCEDURE AND ACCEPTANCE
The applications will be selected based on the portfolio/application, subjects and considering the balance between incoming/outgoing students. Results will be communicated by email within 30 days from the application deadline.
Important: we invite the students to consider the minimum level of Italian required (B1). About two weeks before starting the semester the students must come here for a welcoming meeting and for the Italian language course. The exact dates of the welcome day and the courses will be communicated to students by email.

ENROLLMENT
After being accepted by email, the incoming students will be automatically enrolled at the Academy. Once arrived in Genoa, after the welcome day, incoming students will receive from the Erasmus+ Office a digital student card and an academic email address.

LEARNING AGREEMENT (LA)
The Learning Agreement (LA) is a document which indicates the correspondence between the subjects that the student would follow in the sending Institution and those he intends to follow at the receiving Institution.
The LA must be signed before the start of the mobility period. Note that your Learning Agreement is not definitive, you will be able to change it until a month since your arrival here. The Learning Agreement must be completed online (Online Learning Agreement) via the following platform https://learning-agreement.eu/; however, during the application process, we ask you to send us a PDF file of your Learning Agreement.
Only in case that the partner institution is not present in the OLA system, it is possible to fill out the paper version of LA using the paper model below.

END OF THE STUDY PERIOD
After the period of studies and exams, students will receive: the Certificate of Attendance and the Transcript of Records (it certifies exams passed and the number of ECTS).

CREDIT SYSTEM (ECTS)
The Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti follows the ECTS system, applying it in accordance with the principles of the ECTS Guide.

LISTENING HUB (LH) – SPORTELLO DI ASCOLTO
The “Listening Hub” (Sportello di Ascolto) is designed to offer specialized assistance for Erasmus students, hailing from various cultural backgrounds. It provides a welcoming atmosphere, tailored guidance, and “culturally aware” support to ease their adjustment and participation into both the Academy and the local community.

Offerings include personalized counsel on academic affairs, cultural acclimatization, navigating administrative processes, and overcoming any hurdles they may encounter while studying abroad. Through confidential consultations, the center aims to empower Erasmus students to navigate their academic journey independently, with determination and with a sense of belonging.

Erasmus+ è un programma di mobilità promosso dall’Unione Europea che consente alle studentesse e agli studenti di trascorrere un periodo di studi presso un’Accademia/Università europea che ha stipulato un accordo con l‘Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti di Genova o di svolgere un tirocinio all’estero.

Possono partecipare al programma Erasmus+ gli studenti iscritti all’Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti nei corsi di laurea di Primo e Secondo Livello.

Le mobilità Erasmus+ per studenti possono essere di due tipologie Mobilità ai fini di studio (SMS) e Mobilità per Traineeship (SMP) Tirocinio.

MOBILITÀ AI FINI DI STUDIO (SMS)
Overview
Tale mobilità consente agli studenti di seguire i corsi, sostenere gli esami all’estero presso una delle istituzioni partner con cui l’Accademia ha sottoscritto un accordo interistituzionale. Le destinazioni offerte sono elencate nella sezione destinazioni per studio. Le studentesse e gli studenti in mobilità riceveranno un contributo economico e avranno la possibilità di seguire corsi e di usufruire delle strutture disponibili presso l’istituto ospitante, con la garanzia di un pieno riconoscimento delle attività formative contenute nel Learning Agreement e sostenute all’estero con esito positivo.

Learning Agreement (LA)
Il Learning Agreement (LA) è un documento che indica la corrispondenza tra le materie che lo studente seguirebbe presso l’Accademia Ligustica e quelle che intende seguire al loro posto presso l’Istituzione ospitante.
Il Learning Agreement deve essere compilato online (OLA) attraverso la piattaforma a seguire: https://learning-agreement.eu/ seguendo le indicazioni riportate nella Guida e nel Vademecum riportati di seguito. Solo nel caso in cui l’Istituto partner non sia presente in elenco, è possibile compilare il LA cartaceo, di cui è presente il modello allegato qui sotto.

MOBILITÀ PER TRAINEESHIP (SMP) – (MOBILITÀ PER TIROCINIO)
Tale mobilità consente alle studentesse e agli studenti di svolgere un tirocinio curriculare o extra-curriculare all’estero presso imprese, centri di formazione e ricerca, associazioni, fondazioni, istituti o qualsiasi altro luogo di lavoro rilevante presente in uno dei Paesi che prendono parte al programma europeo Erasmus+. Le studentesse e gli studenti in mobilità riceveranno un contributo economico e avranno la possibilità di vivere esperienze formative, professionali e culturali, incentivando la conoscenza di nuovi sistemi professionali.

Learning Agreement for Traineeship (LAT)
Il documento necessario per svolgere l’attività di Tirocinio all’estero è il Learning Agreement for Traineeship (LAT), il quale dovrà essere sottoscritto prima dell’inizio della mobilità dallo studente, dall’Accademia e dal Tutor/Supervisor dell’organizzazione/istituzione che supervisionerà l’alunno durante il tirocinio. Lo studente vincitore dei bandi di cui al punto successivo, dovrà compilare il LAT cartaceo, di cui è presente il modello allegato qui sotto.

Modello Learning Agreement for Traineeship

MODALITÀ E REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Le selezioni degli studenti per le mobilità Erasmus+ ai fini di studio (SMS) e Traineeship (SMP) – (Tirocinio) avvengono mediante partecipazione ai bandi interni pubblicati nel corso dell’anno accademico di riferimento. Gli studenti interessati dovranno inviare la loro candidatura nei tempi e nel rispetto delle disposizioni previste dagli stessi bandi. A titolo indicativo e non esaustivo si riportano di seguito i requisiti generali di partecipazione:
● essere iscritti presso l’Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti e in regola con il pagamento delle tasse;
● avere una conoscenza adeguata della lingua Inglese e/o del Paese ospitante;
● non beneficiare nello stesso periodo di un altro contributo dell’Unione Europea previsto da altri programmi di mobilità;

La Commissione Erasmus+ valuterà le domande dei candidati redigendo una graduatoria di merito secondo i requisiti e criteri riportati nei bandi.

Gli studenti selezionati per effettuare una mobilità Erasmus+ saranno tenuti ad attenersi alle disposizioni riportate nella Carta dello studente Erasmus.
